Our aim is to provide an haute couture range, conceived to stand the test of time, using traditional tailoring techniques. The creative process begins with detailed historical research, filtered with modern touches which bring the pieces up to date.

The influence of the past can be seen in the styles (Empire style, 1920’s, the late 16th century and others) and in the realisation of the designs. Numbered, limited edition pieces, using antique lace from private collections are the pride of the Odilia Prisco Haute Couture Atelier. The guarantee of the fabric and repair in case of damage give an added value which determines the truly unique nature of these ‘jewels of lingerie’.

The idea is to recapture a concept which seemed lost but had only been forgotten, suffocated by inexorable mass distribution. We use only the purest and most precious of fabrics (chiffon, organza, satin and silk satin, cashmere to name but a few), made using time-honoured techniques: hems hand-stitched with chiffon thread taken from the bolt of silk which give our pieces an intangibly magical effect. “He who can sew an idea is able to dress the soul” – this is the spirit with which Odilia Prisco has conceived her collection.
